Reflexology offers relaxation, great strucural massage, stimulation of acupressure meridians and stimulation of organ systems- all by addressing the feet and hands.

This is a great introduction to bodywork for those people that don't wish to have a body massage or disrobe. Sessions may include a foot soak, warm towels, scrubs of essential oils at the client's request.
