INTEGRATED MASSAGE SESSIONS:

These timed sessions are tailored to each individual client's issues and needs.  They may include the broad sweeping relaxation strokes of traditional Swedish massage, more focused Deep Tissue massage on particular muscle groups, trigger point work on muscle tensions, and passive stretching,  Everybody is different;  Everbody's BODY is different and each body's needs change from session to session.  Each massage will be unique to the client to ensure their comfort and best possible benefit.

INTEGRATIVE REFLEXOLOGY

This treatment will include all of the best elements from the four theories of reflexology as taught by Claire Marie Miller.  The client will rest on a massage table while the reflex points on the feet are addressed.  The session may include brief work on the hands and ears if desired.  Reflexology addresses the entire body and the major organ systems leaving the client deeply relaxed and rejuvenated.

NURTURING THE MOTHER PREGNANCY MASSAGE

Massage therapy is nearly always indicated during pregnancy.  This therapy session is safe for the unborn child and is incredibly supportive and relaxing for the mother.  Proper support and bolstering will be used during this side-lying session.  Upon request, training in newborn and infant massage can be given to the new parents.

WARM STONE THERAPY WITH MASSAGE

Smooth black stones are heated to a safe and comfortable temperature using specific professional equipment.  The stones are placed upon key points on the body.  A brisk massage is performed with oil, then warm stones are used to massage muscle tissue for maximum relaxation.  This is a great wintertime treat, and has been reported to temporarily reduce muscle and joint pain as well as sinus congestion.  Warm Stones and all equipment are sanitized prior to each session.

FULL BODY SKIN EXFOLIATION

This treatment is great for getting ready for summer clothing, and just as great as a remedy to dry itchy winter skin.  Body Polish is used to briskly and gently rub away dry skin tissue.  The polish is removed with compresses of warm steamy towels while the client rests on the massage table.  A light amount of skin oil is applied during the body massage that follows the skin treatment.  This leaves skin beautiful and soft.

AROMA THERMAL WRAP

The aroma thermal wrap is one of the most deeply relaxing treatments.  The client rests on the massage table while a premium grade essential oil is applied to specific acupressure points on the body.  Then, the body is wrapped in a comfortable thermal blanket.  Foot massage  and neck and head massage are performed while the client rests in the aroma cocoon.  After the wrap is opened, the body is massaged with a light oil mixed with a small amount of the essential oil.
